Customers have said that the high wattage heating coil is able to get the iron hot within a very short amount of time, thus allowing them to begin their task quickly.
Customers also like that the power-shot button was able to get out even the most stubborn of wrinkles with ease. They also like the water tank clear button because it helps them remove water and deposit particles from the water tank.
So what did the remaining 26% of customers who left 3-star or below reviews have to say? The most common complaint customers had was that it stopped working only after a year of use. Customers said their units leaked water and it drips all over the ironing board.
